Meriwether Lodge Construction Begins!
It’s a major milestone at Meriwether Ranch! After several months of working closely with Beaverhead County officials and the Big Hole Watershed Committee, the required conservation permits have been granted and construction of Meriwether Lodge, the centerpiece of the Ranch experience, is underway and scheduled for completion next Spring.

The 4,000 square foot, two-story Lodge, which sits just steps from the main channel of the Big Hole River, will feature a 1,224 square foot Great Room with a massive fireplace and owners bar, a private dining room for owners and guests, a commercial kitchen, a conference room and an activities center. All surrounded by a generous veranda and screened in porch.

Adjacent to the lodge will be a Cabana with fitness equipment, an outdoor spa and a free-form swimming pool. The Lodge will also house business offices for the Ranch.

“To say we are excited about this groundbreaking is a huge understatement,” says Dave Ellingson, Managing Partner of Meriwether Ranch. “Aside from the Big Hole River itself, the Lodge will be the major amenity on the Ranch. And now it is real!”
